Gary Herwitz is the founder and Managing Partner of CoMetrics Partners, where he specializes in providing strategic consulting services to middle-market companies, principally in the consumer products sector. With over 30 years of consulting experience, Gary's leadership has rapidly positioned CoMetrics Partners as an industry leader in developing growth strategies, streamlining business processes, and maximizing operating efficiencies.

After graduating BetaAlpha Psi from Syracuse University, Gary began his consulting career with Mahoney Cohen & Company. His tenure as President from 1997 to 2005 contributed to the firm's growth into one of the largest accounting and professional services firms in the United States, culminating with the firm's sale to CBIZ Inc. (NYSE: CBZ).

Gary founded CoMetrics to provide clients with the strategic vision and leadership needed to integrate operations, technology, and finance to optimize business processes and maximize profitability. His experience implementing supply chain strategies and streamlined processes led CoMetrics to develop a Supply Chain/Cargo Management software solution, which was successfully sold to AllWays Forwarding in 2018. The firm's second software initiative was developing DataMetrics, which companies and asset-based lenders utilize today for enhanced data visibility and decision-making.

In addition to his work with CoMetrics Partners, Gary frequently contributes his expertise through volunteer roles. He served as chairman of the Organization for Rehabilitation through Training (ORT) Finance Chapter and on the Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters Finance Chapter. Gary also served for ten years on both the Syracuse University School of Management Accounting Advisory Board and the Exceed Network.

Jack Shweky, Certified Public Accountant

Jack joined CoMetrics Partners in 2015 and is a  Principal of the firm. Jack has managed several of the firm’s more complex turn-around engagements as well as leads our Business Diagnostics/Profit Improvement practice. Jack was instrumental in the development of  DataMetrics, the firm’s proprietary data analytics Application.

Prior to joining CoMetrics, Jack was a senior manager in a professional services firm specializing in performing due diligence and collateral assessments for Tier One Banks and Asset Based Lenders.

Jack is a proud alumnus of the University of Miami where he earned degrees in both Finance and Accounting.

In his spare time, Jack enjoys playing golf.

Kelvin originated from Shanghai and moved to NYC, where he obtained bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting and finance from Baruch College. Prior to joining CoMetrics, Kelvin spent two years with a professional service firm specializing in performing due diligence and collateral assessments for Tier One Banks and Asset Based Lenders.

Kelvin has developed expertise in applying complex analytics to create dynamic business plans and models. He has in-depth knowledge of supply chain processes and inbound/outbound logistics.

Mike Haggerty is the Chief Technology Officer of CoMetrics Partners, where he leads the development of DataMetrics, the firm’s proprietary analytics platform. With more than 30 years of experience in technology leadership, Mike specializes in building and scaling data solutions that provide real-time insights to consumer products companies, private equity sponsors, and asset-based lenders. His work ensures that CoMetrics clients benefit from technology that is modern, reliable, and designed to enhance decision-making, transparency, and financial outcomes.

Mike’s career includes senior leadership roles at IQVIA (formerly IMS Health), where he managed multi-million-dollar data programs and scaled global analytics teams, and at Accenture, where he worked in the Life Sciences practice delivering enterprise-scale BI and data warehouse solutions. He also co-founded a data science consultancy that built advanced BI platforms for global pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations.

Through his leadership, DataMetrics turns complex ERP and operational data into clear, actionable insights — delivering the clarity and confidence that executives and lenders rely on to make critical business decisions.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Bucknell University.

Adam Moskowitz serves as Chief of Staff and Managing Director at CoMetrics Partners, where he leads strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and organizational transformation. With extensive experience in financial services and business transformation, Adam brings a wealth of expertise in program management, risk assessment, and team leadership.

Prior to joining CoMetrics, Adam held senior leadership positions at financial institutions including Israel Discount Bank, where he served as Chief Administration Officer and Chief of Staff for US Private Banking, and HSBC Bank USA, where he led Business Financial Crime Risk initiatives and business transformation projects.

Adam holds an MBA in Finance from Fordham University and a BS in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University. He is also a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS). Outside of his professional endeavors, Adam enjoys quality time with family and friends.

Ray is a data engineer at DataMetrics, where his primary responsibility is to provide a scalable and robust data platform for the system. With his extensive knowledge of data architecture and eagerness to adopt new technology, Ray helps the company optimize the data flow efficiently and accurately.

Prior to his work at DataMetrics, Ray pursued the Master’s Degree in Columbia University for Electrical Engineering with specialization in data-driven computation, where he gained valuable experience in data modeling, database design, and high-performance computation. His strong analytical and problem-solving skills have helped him excel in growing the platform at scale.

In his free time, Ray enjoys exploring the world of photography. With his keen eye for detail and artistic perspective, he finds joy in capturing the beauty of landscapes, architecture, and everyday moments. Photography allows him to unwind, express his creativity, and discover new perspectives, which in turn enhances his problem-solving skills and fuels his innovative thinking in the field of data engineering.
